REFUND & BILLING POLICY

This Billing & Refund Policy applies to Veriscope subscription plans.

1. Subscription Billing

Plans are billed automatically on a monthly basis through Stripe.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • We will retry automatically

  • Your access may be suspended

  • Your account may be downgraded or paused

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. You retain access until the end of the billing period.

No prorated refunds are issued.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in automatic account suspension until resolved.
